Dongfang Xu

I am currently a Professor at College of Artificial Intelligence, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA). Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow (from Jan. 2023 to Oct. 2023) and a Research Assistant Professor (from Nov. 2023 to Jan. 2026) at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). In Dec. 2022, I received my Ph.D. degree (with distinction) in electrical engineering from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), Erlangen, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. R. Schober. Prior to that, I received my M.Sc. degree (grade 1.2, with distinction) in communications and multimedia engineering from FAU in Sept. 2017 and my B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from Shandong University (SDU), Jinan, China, in Jul. 2014, respectively.
